Terminology Management is an important tool for L10N specialists.
Terminology Management is essentially a glossary. This glossary
of terms manages all of the words that are product and project
specific. The glossary is reviewed by both the client and
the translator to make certain that the appropriate target
language equivalent is chosen for each product or project
specific source language word. Terminology Management is then
used along with Style Guides and Translation Memory programs
to guarantee the best translation possible.
